Once you have been referred to FoodBox, we will contact you to say we’ve received your referral and discuss if you can come to collect it or we if we need to deliver it to you.
When your food parcel is ready for collection FoodBox will contact you by text or phone call and ask you to come to the centre. Please remember to bring your 5-digit collection number with you to receive your parcel.
FoodBox is located at Rose Community Centre, Hawthorn Road, Brentford, TW8 8NT. The nearest bus stop is the Syon Lane bus stop X or the W on London Road.

If you are required to self-isolate or have limited mobility or health issues we can arrange for your food parcel to be delivered.
Delivery depends upon the availability of volunteer drivers. Your parcel should be delivered within one to two working days, but may take longer. The volunteer driver will contact you directly on the day of the delivery to make sure you are at home.
