Can I have another food parcel?

Where a person has been referred 8 times in a 12 month period the referral partner will ensure a person’s circumstances are reviewed to ensure that other support options have been considered to reduce reliance on food support.

One voucher form is valid for one food parcel and will contain enough food for 4 days. Each parcel needs a new voucher, so if you need more food then you will need to contact your referral partner and ask them to fill out a new form.

Please note, residents may be referred to FoodBox a maximum of 8 times in a 12-month period. This is to ensure that we can continue to maintain a quality service to those who are vulnerable and need it most.
